After a tree damaged the rear of the home, this project became a full redesign and expansion. We removed the affected areas and added 12 feet across the back of the house, creating a new master suite with a walk-in closet and spacious bath. The former master suite was reconfigured to create a new bedroom layout with a shared Jack-and-Jill bath. We also redesigned the mudroom and laundry, added a dedicated home office, and extended the main hallway to improve flow.

 

Throughout the home, we refinished hardwood floors, updated all interior and exterior paint, and completed a full outdoor refresh including an expanded bluestone patio with a new screened roofline, new fencing, landscaping, irrigation, sod, and widened driveway with new front walkway.
