We expanded this home from 2,100 to 3,500 sq ft with a 30-foot rear addition — bringing in an open-concept kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings, a main-floor master suite, laundry room, and bonus room upstairs. New windows, siding, flooring, trim, and doors finished it off throughout.
